摘　　要：目的 综述原位凝胶在牙周炎治疗中的应用及研究进展,旨在为牙周炎治疗用原位凝胶的进一步研究与开发应用提供思路。方法 查阅近年来国内外关于牙周炎治疗用原位凝胶的相关文献,并对其进行整理、归纳与总结。结果 原位凝胶作为一种新型给药系统,具有生物利用度高、缓控释作用好、毒副作用小等优点。根据凝胶形成机制,牙周炎治疗用原位凝胶可分为温度敏感型原位凝胶和溶剂诱导型原位凝胶。新型生物可降解高分子聚合物的发现和发展,将使原位凝胶成为未来治疗牙周炎的重要研究方向与热点之一。结论 原位凝胶在牙周炎治疗中有着广阔的研究与应用前景。Objective To review the application and research progress of in-situ gel in the treatment of periodontitis,aiming to provide ideas for the further research,development and application of in-situ gel in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods The domestic and foreign related literatures on in-situ gel for the treatment of periodontitis have been reviewed,organized and summarized in recent years.Results As a new type of drug delivery systems,in-situ gel has the advantages of high bioavailability,good sustained and controlled release effect,and negligible side effects.According to the gel formation mechanism,insitu gels for the treatment of periodontitis can be divided into temperature-sensitive in-situ gels and solvent-induced in-situ gels.The discovery and development of new biodegradable polymers will make in-situ gels one of the important research directions and hotspots for the treatment of periodontitis in the future.Conclusion In-situ gels will have broad research and application prospects in the treatment of periodontitis.
