摘　　要：目的 综述透皮制剂促透方法的研究现状与进展。方法 本文作者研读学习国内外38篇文献后,从化学、物理、药剂学三个方面对透皮给药促进技术进行总结与归纳,详细介绍了各促透技术的机制、优点、影响因素以及实验案例。结果 透皮给药系统(TDDS)将药物通过皮肤吸收进入人体血液循环,从而发挥全身或局部治疗作用。为了更好的发挥透皮给药作用时间长、维持血药浓度、避免首过效应、患者顺应性好等优点,出现了多种促透方法。结论 随着科技的发展,越来越多可以促进透皮吸收的新方法得到了更好的利用,透皮给药已成为首选给药剂型。Objective To summarize the research status and progress of transdermal drug delivery systems.Methods After studying 38 literatures at home and abroad,the transdermal drug delivery promotion techniques were summarized from three aspects:chemistry,physics and pharmacy,and the mechanism,advantages,influencing factors and experimental cases of different transdermal drug delivery promotion techniques were introduced in detail.Results The drugs of transdermal drug delivery systems(TDDS)were absorbed into human blood circulation through the skin,thus playing a systemic or local therapeutic role.And a variety of penetration promotion methods have emerged to take the advantages of prolonging the transdermal drug delivery time,maintaining blood drug concentration,avoiding the first-pass effect with good patient compliance,.Conclusion With the development of science and technology,more and more new methods that can promote transdermal absorption have been better utilized,and transdermal drug delivery has become the first-class choice.
