摘 要:本项目是集商业、餐饮和办公等为一体的综合性建筑,由A、B两座塔楼组成,供暖热源为城市热网,末端供暖方式为地板辐射供暖。首次设计时考虑在A塔的24层避难层(标高为89.000)设置一个换热站,业主方考虑到地上房间的后期使用价值高,最后决定将换热站移至地下三层的总换热站(标高为-14.300)。本文针对两种换热方式,从技术经济方面进行相关比较分析,所得结果可以为后期同类项目提供一定的借鉴指导。This project is a comprehensive commercial complex of commercial, catering and office. It is composed of two towers of A and B. The heating source is the city heat network, and the end heating mode is radiant floor heating. For the first time, a heat exchange station was set up in the 24 storey of the A tower(elevation 89). After that, the owner took into account the late use value of the room on the ground,and finally decided to move the heat transfer station to the total heat transfer station(-14.300) at the three floor of the underground. In this paper, two heat exchange modes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of technology and economy. The results can provide some guidance for later similar projects.
