摘 要:以某款软包电池为研究对象,建立单体电池传热模型并进行电池单体温升仿真及试验,验证了生热模型的正确性,并采用液冷管的结构,对电池组进行2 C放电仿真分析。仿真结果表明:电池的最高温度为26.96℃,最大温差为2.1℃。通过研究不同冷却液对电池散热的影响,得出50%乙二醇水溶液的冷却效果最好。另外,研究了不同流量对电池均温性的影响。设计15种不同充电倍率组合的充电方案,并分3个阶段进行,确定了基于最大温差和充电时间的最佳快充、中充和慢充模式。Taking a certain type of soft pack battery as the research object,the heat transfer model of the cell is established and the temperature rising simulation and experiment of the cell are carried out to verify the correctness of the model.Using the structure of the liquid cooling tube,the battery pack is subjected to 2C discharging analysis.The simulation results show that the maximum temperature of the battery is 26.96℃,and the maximum temperature difference is 2.1℃.The influence of different coolants on the heat dissipation of the battery is researched,it is concluded that 50%ethylene glycol aqueous solution has the best effect.Furthermore,the influence of different flow rates on battery temperature uniformity is studied.Through designing fifteen kinds of combined charging rate schemes and proceeding in three stages,the best charging mode of fast charge,medium charge and slow charge are determined based on the maximum temperature difference and charging time.
