摘 要:针对现有一维时栅位移传感器的电气系统无法与平面二维时栅位移传感器相匹配,需要外接多个信号处理电路,系统集成度低,且极易产生电气误差等问题,设计了适用于二维时栅位移传感器的电气系统。根据平面二维时栅位移传感器的测量原理,分析了电气系统产生的误差,设计了电气系统的三大核心模块:激励信号发生模块、感应信号处理模块和位移解算模块,并通过Multisim对电气系统的信号进行仿真,验证了电气系统的可行性。实验表明:该电气系统实现了平面二维时栅传感器高速、高分辨率的实时采样,同时有效降低了由电气系统带来的误差对传感器测量精度的影响,为制作高精度平面二维时栅位移传感器提供了技术支持。Aiming at the problems that the current electrical system of the 1D time-grating displacement sensor cannot match with the 2D time-grating displacement sensor,multiple external signal processing is needed,the system integration is low and electrical errors are easily introduced,an electrical system suitable for 2D time-grating displacement sensor is designed in this paper.According to the measurement principle of the 2D time-grating displacement sensor,the errors generated by the electrical system are analyzed,and three core modules of the electrical system are designed,which include excitation signal generation module,induction signal processing module and displacement calculation module.The signal of the electrical system is simulated by Multisim to verify the feasibility of the electrical system.Experiments show that the electrical system realizes the high-speed,high-resolution and real-time sampling of the 2D time-grating sensor,and the electrical system reduces the impact of the measurement accuracy caused by the electrical system effectively,which provides technical support for the production of high-precision 2D time-grating displacement sensor.
