摘  要:预应力混凝土管桩是一种采用挤土或半挤土的桩基形式,具有施工速度快、承载力高、质量可靠、现场施工简洁等优点。但大量的工程实例表明,若对管桩的应用条件认识不足,对其处理措施不当,很有可能发生工程质量问题。尤其是沿海地区使用时,遇到淤泥质土层较厚时,若在桩基施工和基坑土方开挖过程中不采取有效措施,将可能造成管桩偏位、断桩等质量事故。现以舟山市某市政项目为研究背景,分析管桩偏位或断裂的控制方法。其成果可为淤泥质土层下预应力管桩施工提供借鉴。The prestressed concrete pipe pile is a pipe foundation type of using soil-squeezing or semi-soil-squeezing method,and has the advantages of fast construction speed,high bearing capacity,reliable quality,concise field construction and the others.But a mass of engineering examples show that its improper treatment measures are likely to cause the engineering quality problems if insufficient understanding of the application conditions of pipe pile,especially used in the coastal areas.When the silty soil layer is thicker,the quality accidents of pipe pile deviation and pile breaking will be caused if the effective measures are not taken during the construction of pile foundation and the excavation of foundation pit earthwork.Taking a municipal project of Zhoushan City as the study background,the control methods of pipe pile deviation or breaking are analyzed.The results can provide the reference for the construction of prestressed pipe pile under the silty soil layer.
