摘　　要：针对目前混凝土管片预制企业普遍存在的存量钢模长期存放管理中遇到的问题,如改制成本高、占用土地资源多、影响生产等,通过研究借鉴其他领域钢结构的存放防锈蚀保养现状与趋势,以船舶防锈涂料为切入点,综合国内外二次除锈方法,利用材料干燥快、机械性能好、耐热性能优异等特点应用于钢模长期存放防锈蚀中。所得成果填补了项目结束后存量钢模的管理空白,并对其他钢设备如盾构机、铣槽机等提供了保养存放防锈蚀研究新方向。At present,there are the problems in the long-term storage and management of the stocked steel mold ubiquitously in the concrete pipe segment prefabrication enterprises,i.e.high reform cost,occupying more land resources,affecting production and the others.By studying the present situation and tendency of storage,corrosion prevention and upkeep of steel structures in the other fields,taking the ship antirust coating as the breakthrough point and synthesizing the secondary rust cleaning methods at home and abroad,the characteristics of fast drying materials,good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance can be applied to the long-term storage and corrosion prevention of steel mold.The achievements have filled the management blank of stock steel mold after the project,and provides a new direction of study on the upkeep,storage and corrosion prevention of the other steel equipment,i.e.shield machine and slot milling machine.
