摘　　要：作为首批按新颁布的危险废物安全填埋场污染控制标准设计施工的项目之一,盐城阜宁刚性填埋场经过评估后,在填埋作业方式、雨棚形式、防渗系统、渗滤液导排系统等工艺设计方面,均能有效指导项目运营,可为今后刚性填埋场的设计和运营提供借鉴。As one of the first projects designed and constructed according to the newly issued standards for pollution control on the hazardous waste landfill,the rigid landfill of Funing in Yancheng after the post-evaluation can be effectively guided to operate in the landfilling mode,canopy form,seepage control system,leachate drainage system and the other process design,which provide the reference for the design and operation of rigid landfills in the future.
