摘　　要：全体人民共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。法治是共同富裕的制度资源,对实现共同富裕具有重要的引领、规范和保障作用。本文从巩固和发展社会主义基本经济制度、完善社会公平法律制度、以高质量法治护航高质量发展、构建以公平和效率为核心价值的分配秩序、创造既充满活力又安定有序的法治环境等五个方面阐述了法治引领、规范和保障共同富裕的重大作用。The common prosperity of all the people is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.The rule of law is the institutional resource of common prosperity and plays an important role in leading,regulating and ensuring the realization of common prosperity.This paper expounds the important role of the rule of law in leading,regulating and ensuring common prosperity from the following five aspects:consolidating and developing the socialist basic economic system,perfecting the legal system of social equity,protecting high-quality development with high quality of the rule of law,constructing a distribution order with fairness and efficiency as the core value and creating a dynamic,stable and orderly environment under the rule of law.
