摘 要:当前,根据西部陆海新通道总体规划和海南自由贸易港建设等多重政策和战略,要求洋浦港建设大型化、专业化和智能化集装箱泊位,提升集装箱运输服务能力。洋浦港小铲滩区域,作为洋浦港建设“区域国际集装箱枢纽港”的核心区域,迫切需要根据发展的新环境和新要求,优化岸线利用,对平面进行科学合理布置,既服务当前建设需求,又符合未来长远发展。本研究对洋浦港小铲滩岸段的平面规划提出的三个方案进行比选,并给出推荐方案。To comply with multiple policies and strategies,such as general layout of new western land-sea corridor and the construction of Hainan free trade harbor,Yangpu Port Authority is required to improve the freight service of container by building large-scale,specialized and intelligent container berths.As the core of regionally international container hub planned in the construction of Yangpu Port,Xiaochantan area needs to be reconstructed according to new environment and new development requirements.The scientific shoreline utilization and reasonable plane layout will satisfy the construction requirements and accord with future development.In addition,a comparative analysis is carried out for three strategies that support the plane planning of Xiaochantan area in Yangpu Port.Finally,option-1 is recommended for the planning and execution.
