摘 要:声波透射法作为大直径灌注桩完整性检测的常用方法被广泛应用。根据以往工程案例,通过对判断灌注桩存在缺陷的桩身混凝土进行钻芯验证,总结不同缺陷类型与声波参数异常情况的对比分析。本文简要分析了灌注桩桩身存在蜂窝、空洞、混凝土离析、夹泥等常见缺陷类型及发生的原因。结合实际工程抽芯检测结果,总结声波透射法检测时对应的声学参数异常情况,可以通过信号异常特征初步确定混凝土缺陷类型,为桩基缺陷修复及类似检测项目提供参考建议。As a common method for detecting the integrity of large-diameter cast-in-situ pile,cross-hole sonic logging has been widely used.Based on previous engineering cases,the comparative analysis of different defects and abnormal acoustic parameters is made on the basis of core drilling result of the defective cast-in-situ pile.A brie analysis is carried out for such common defects as honeycomb,cavity,concrete disintegration and mud inclusion involving in the cast-in-situ pile as well as the causes.The analysis results are combined with core drilling samples to summarize the abnormal acoustic parameters obtained by applying cross-hole sonic logging.The types of concrete defect can be identified preliminarily by studying abnormal signal characteristics,which will provide a reference for pile foundation defect repair and similar detecting works.
