摘  要:针对柴油替代燃料TRF20(80%正庚烷+20%甲苯体积比混合物),分别掺混甲/乙/丁醇燃料,在燃烧器上建立部分预混层流火焰.采用平面激光诱导荧光和双色激光诱导炽光对火焰中生成的碳烟前驱物多环芳烃以及碳烟进行光学诊断研究,得到了多环芳烃的荧光强度、分布以及碳烟的体积分数、粒径,分析了稀释甲苯对多环芳烃生成影响以及醇类结构对碳烟生成的影响.结果表明:柴油替代燃料TRF20中分别掺混甲/乙/丁醇后,从混合燃料的成分角度讲,甲苯含量的稀释是碳烟前驱物多环芳烃以及碳烟降低的最主要原因,从掺混的三种醇类分子结构的角度讲,柴油替代燃料TRF20中掺混正丁醇减少碳烟前驱物多环芳烃和碳烟体积分数的效果最佳.掺混丁醇后碳烟粒径最小,其次是掺混乙醇,掺混甲醇的粒径最大且只是略低于TRF20燃料.The partially premixed laminar flame was established in a burner by blending diesel surrogate fuel TRF20(80%n-heptane and 20%toluene in volumetric ratio)with different alcohol fuels of methanol/ethanol/bu-tanol.Planar laser-induced fluorescence and two-color laser-induced incandescent were used to analyze the soot precursors polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and soot in the flame.The fluorescence intensity and distribu-tion of PAHs,soot volume fraction and particle size were obtained.The effect of diluting toluene content on the formation of PAHs and the effect of alcohol structure on soot formation were analyzed.Results show that,after blending diesel surrogate fuel TRF20 with different alcohol fuels of methanol/ethanol/butanol,from the perspec-tive of the composition of the mixed fuel,the dilution of toluene content is the main reason for the reduction of PAHs and soot.From the perspective of the molecular structure of the three alcohols,the blending of n-butanol in the diesel surrogate fuel TRF20 has the best effect in reducing the volume fractions of PAHs and soot.The particle size of soot with the blending of butanol is the smallest,followed by that of ethanol,and the particle size of soot with the blending methanol is the largest,which is only slightly lower than that of TRF20 fuel.
