阿利沙坦酯片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察阿利沙坦酯片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法所有患者均给予阿利沙坦酯每天240 mg,qd,口服,治疗12周。分析治疗后的全天血压、白昼血压和夜间血压,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果共48例患者完成全部12周治疗。患者基线和治疗12周后的全天24 h收缩压/舒张压分别为(133.29±11.56/80.46±10.19)和(123.25±12.29/74.96±8.90)mmHg,白天收缩压/舒张压分别为(136.42±11.66/83.10±10.82)和(126.48±13.26/77.73±9.43)mmHg,夜间收缩压/舒张压分别为(127.35±14.90/75.21±10.58)和(116.94±14.48/69.77±9.76)mmHg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。研究过程中未发生药物相关严重药物不良反应。结论阿利沙坦酯片可有效降低原发性高血压患者的全天血压、白昼血压和夜间血压,且安全性较好。Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy and safety of alisartan isoproxil tablets in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods Patients with essential hypertension were treated with alisartan isoproxil tablets 240 mg per time,once a day,oral for 12 weeks.The 24 h blood pressure,daytime blood pressure and night blood pressure,and adverse drug reactions were observed after treatment.Results Total 48 patients completed the 12 weeks’treatment.The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of baseline and 12 weeks after treatment were(133.29±11.56/80.46±10.19)and(123.25±12.29/74.96±8.90)mmHg,the daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(136.42±11.66/83.10±10.82)and(126.48±13.26/77.73±9.43)mmHg,the nighttime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(127.35±14.90/75.21±10.58)and(116.94±14.48/69.77±9.76)mmHg,respectively.All differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).No serious drug-related adverse drug reactions occurred in the study.Conclusion Alisartan isoproxil tablets can reduce the blood pressure at all day,daytime and night blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension,and the safety is good.
