摘　　要：磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路在细胞增殖、凋亡抑制、细胞迁移、囊泡转运和细胞癌转化中起重要作用。黄芪甲苷(AstragalosideⅣ,ASI)是黄芪的主要成分之一,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、促进血管内皮增生等多方面药理作用。黄芪甲苷通过多层次、多靶点作用于PI3K/Akt信号通路调节细胞的表型和功能,在治疗和预防多种疾病中至关重要。本文总结了黄芪甲苷在多种疾病中的具体作用机制,以期揭示黄芪甲苷在疾病预防和治疗中的可能性,为其后续研究提供一定的理论依据。Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway plays an important role in cell proliferation,apoptosis inhibition,cell migration,vesicle transport and cell cancer transformation.AstragalosideⅣis one of the main components of Radix Astragali,which has many pharmacological effects,such as anti-virus,anti-tumor,immune regulation,promoting vascular endothelial proliferation and so on.AstragalosideⅣregulates cell phenotype and function through multi-level and multi-target action on PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,and plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of many diseases.This paper summarizes the specific mechanism of astragaloside in a variety of diseases,in order to reveal the possibility of astragaloside in disease prevention and treatment,and provide some theoretical basis for its follow-up research.
