摘　　要：一指禅推法是以拇指着力,通过前臂的主动摆动,带动腕关节运动的一种轻巧有力的手法,在临床多种学科疾病中有着广泛运用。本文通过对一指禅推法源流探索,对一指禅推拿手法特色要点的归纳总结,以及在临床运用方面各种疾病治疗效果的探讨,了解其流派源流发展及研究进展,能够更深入理解一指禅推法的精髓,以利于一指禅推拿手法的普及推广。One finger zen pushing manipulation is a light and powerful technique that drives the wrist movement through the active swing of the forearm with the force of the thumb.It is widely used in many clinical diseases.Through the exploration of the origin of one finger zen pushing manipulation,the summary of the characteristic points of one finger zen pushing manipulation,and the discussion of the treatment effects of various diseases in clinical application,this paper explores the origin,development and research progress of its genre,and can further understand the essence of one finger zen pushing manipulation,so as to facilitate the popularization and promotion of one finger zen pushing manipulation.
