温针灸联合高压氧治疗海勤人员睡眠障碍的效果及其对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合高压氧治疗海勤人员睡眠障碍的效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年2月至2021年2月大连康复疗养中心收治伴有睡眠障碍的海勤人员120例作为研究对象,以随机数字表将其分为对照组与研究组,各60例,对照组采用三阴交温针灸治疗,研究组在温针灸治疗的同时应用高压氧治疗,比较患者的疗效、各项睡眠指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分和爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(Epworth sleepiness scale,ESS)评分、生活质量及不良反应。结果研究组的疗效(96.67%)显著高于对照组(78.33%),P<0.05;研究组的卧床时间、总睡眠时间、潜伏睡眠期及睡眠效率等均显著优于对照组(P<0.001),而睡眠中觉醒次数显著低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗前两组的PSQI评分与ESS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的PSQI评分与ESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组的生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用温针灸联合高压氧治疗伴有睡眠障碍的海勤人员,疗效确切,能有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sleep disorders and its impact on the quality of life in sea crew.Methods 120 sea service personnel with sleep disorder treated in Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from February 2020 to February 2021 were prospectively selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sanyinjiao warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen together with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The curative effects,sleep indexes Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)score,quality of life and adverse reactions of the patients were compared.Results The curative effect of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(P<0.05);The bed time,total sleep time,latent sleep period and sleep efficiency of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.001),while the number of awakening in sleep was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001);There was no significant difference between PSQI score and ESS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score and ESS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sea crew with sleep disorders has definite curative effect.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and improve their quality of life,with less adverse reactions and high safety.
