摘　　要：早期共产党人在奋斗实践中形成了伟大建党精神,成为中国共产党人精神谱系之源和根本所在,它的形成有着极其深刻的文化逻辑。从生成的有机要素来看,马克思主义基本原理、中华优秀传统文化和早期党内文化自觉意识是文化基因;从生成的运行机制来看,奋斗目标、主体领导、指导方针构成了有力运转的过程;从生成的体系深蕴来看,需要从微观、中观和宏观的文化结构加以把握;从生成的行动取向来看,依托于三种文化发展特质。剖析伟大建党精神形成的文化逻辑,追溯伟大建党精神文化要义,对于将其内化为中国共产党人思想自觉、行动自觉有着重要意义。The early Communists formed the great founding spirit of the Party in the struggle and practice and became the source and root of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists,its formation having a solid cultural logic.From its organic generation factors,Marxism,advanced traditional Chinese culture and early inner-Party cultural consciousness make up its cultural genes;Concerning its operation mechanism,the objective of the struggle,major leadership,guiding ideologies constitute a process of strong operation;From the perspective of the system connotations,it requires an understanding from the micro,the medium and the macro cultural structure views;Its generation orientation is based on the three cultural development characteristics.Analyzing the cultural logic formed by the great founding spirit of the Party and tracing its spiritual and cultural essence to its source are of great significance for Chinese Communists to internalize the required ideological and behavioral consciousness.
