智能制造背景下具有随机产出风险的供应商激励研究

摘　　要：智能制造背景下,企业所属地区和行业的差异直接影响其智能化进程,造成供应链上下游企业产能发展不平衡,加剧供应商随机产出风险.为降低随机产出风险需要采取防范措施和激励策略.本文针对具有随机产出风险供应商的激励问题,从Stackelberg博弈视角进行假设和建模,引入随机产出因子,分析4种激励模型下供应商柔性生产量和利润的变化,对比供应商随机产出风险,最后进行数值分析,验证模型的有效性.结论表明,采取不同供应商激励策略,供应商柔性生产量和利润增大,随机产出风险减小,其中成本分担和收益共享双重激励下柔性生产量和供应商利润最大,激励效果最好.Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the differences of regions and industries of enterprises directly affect their intelligent process,resulting in the unbalanced development of production capacity of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain and aggravating the random output risk of suppliers.In order to reduce the risk of random output,preventive measures and incentive strategies need to be taken.Aiming at the incentive problem of suppliers with random output risk,this paper makes assumptions and modeling from the perspective of Stackelberg game,introduces random output factor,analyzes the changes of suppliers'flexible production and profit under four incentive models,compares suppliers′random output risk,and finally makes numerical analysis to verify the effectiveness of the model.The conclusion shows that with different supplier incentive strategies,the supplier′s flexible production and profit increase and the random output risk decreases.Under the dual incentive of cost sharing and income sharing,the flexible production and supplier profit are the largest and the incentive effect is the best.
