摘  要:非对称齿轮以其特有的传动性能,在齿轮研发、加工、应用等领域得到了越来越广泛的青睐。齿根弯曲疲劳应力是影响非对称齿轮寿命的主要参数,其幅值的大小波动可能引起强烈的振动和剧大的噪音。研究的非对称齿轮机构中两齿轮材料均为45号钢,并采用线切割加工工艺方法加工两齿轮。分别将对称齿轮和非对称齿轮在高频疲劳实验设备上进行实验,对载荷不同、应力大小水平不等的两类齿轮实验结果进行比较和分析,分别得到两类齿轮置信度(C)-可靠度(R)-应力(S)-寿命(N)曲线。通过两类齿轮C-R-S-N曲线数据分析,在相同的载荷的情况下,非对称齿轮的寿命远远高于对称齿轮,同时非对称齿轮传动平稳、振动和噪音等性能明显优于对称齿轮,为非对称齿轮疲劳强度计算提供了初始边界条件。Asymmetric gear has been widely used in gear research and development,processing and application due to its unique transmission performance.The tooth root bending fatigue stress is the main parameter affecting the life of asymmetric gear,and its amplitude fluctuation may cause strong vibration and loud noise.In the asymmetric gear mechanism studied in this paper,both gears are made of 45 steel,and the two gears are produced by wire cutting.The experimental results of the two kinds of gears with different loads and different stress levels were compared and analyzed.The confidence(C)-reliability(R)-stress(S)–number of fatigue(N)curves of the two kinds of gear were obtained respectively.According to the C-R-S-N curve data analysis of two kinds of gears,under the same load,the life of the asymmetric gear is much higher than that of the symmetric gear mechanism and the performance of the smooth transmission,vibration and noise of the gear is obviously better than that of the symmetric gear mechanism.Meanwhile,the initial boundary conditions are provided for the calculation of the fatigue strength of the asymmetric gear.
