摘 要:基于线上用户模型对智慧博物馆参数化产品设计展开实验分析,即通过线上用户模型,确定智慧博物馆的设计参数,引入参数敏感度计算,判定设计参数对产品服务性能的影响。结果显示,智慧博物馆的预期性、互动性和引导性参数的敏感度小于全局敏感度阈值,其它参数的敏感度均大于阈值。同时,智慧博物馆参数化产品设计与功能易用性、功能人性化、操作一致性、操作交互性、界面情感性、界面引导性呈正相关,且评价指标程度越高,线上用户的满意度也就越高。由此说明,基于线上用户模型的智慧博物馆参数化产品设计,能够显著满足线上用户的目标需求,继而对强化智慧博物馆的服务性能具有重要作用。Through the online user model, the design parameters of the smart museum are determined, the parameter sensitivity calculation is introduced, and the influence of the design parameters on the product service performance is determined. The results show that the sensitivity of the anticipatory, interactive and guiding parameters of the smart museum is less than the global sensitivity threshold, and the sensitivity of other parameters is greater than the threshold. At the same time, the parametric product design of the smart museum is positively correlated with functional ease of use, functional humanization, operation consistency,operation interactivity, interface emotion and interface guidance, also, the higher the evaluation index, the higher the satisfaction of online users.This shows that the parametric product design of smart museums based on the online user model can significantly meet the target needs of online users, and then play an important role in strengthening the service performance of smart museums.
