摘 要:通过试验研究水泥冷再生基层材料的合理水泥结合料掺量和乳化沥青掺量,以回弹模量、劈裂强度及无侧限抗压强度等指标进行表征,确定了基层材料组成;开展力学性能分析,研究结构层厚度和乳化沥青比例对水泥冷再生基层材料疲劳特性的影响;依托多层弹性连续体系理论,对比材料结构层层底拉应力变化规律;通过疲劳试验预估了水泥冷再生基层的疲劳寿命。The reasonable cement binder content and emulsified asphalt content of cement cold-recycled base materials have been studied by the test,which are indicated by elastic modulus,splitting strength and unconfined compressive strength.The composition of base material has been determined,and the mechanical properties have been analyzed to study the influence of structural layer thickness and emulsified asphalt ratio on the fatigue properties of cement cold regeneration base material.Based on the theory of multilayer elastic continuous system,the variation rules of layer bottom tensile stress of material structure have been compared,and the fatigue life of cement cold regeneration base is predicted by fatigue test.
