摘　　要：穿着高跟鞋时会发生速度反馈平衡机制的改变,这可能会增加跌倒、扭伤或肢体损伤的风险。目前,国内外相关文献主要研究穿着高跟鞋的舒适性,对于穿着高跟鞋的平衡稳定性研究较少。因此,本文对近年来国内外高跟鞋稳定性的影响因素的研究进行了系统地检索。首先,分析鞋跟高度和鞋跟类型对高跟鞋稳定性的影响;其次,总结了鞋垫的硬度、厚度、材料、表面粗糙度以及结构对稳定性改善的研究;此外,归纳了鞋跟的设计对高跟鞋稳定性的影响,并给出鞋垫设计的建议和研究方向,可为高跟鞋稳定性的研究提供参考和指导。Changes in the speed-feedback balance mechanism that occur when wearing high heels may increase the risk of falls, sprains or limb injuries. At present, the relevant literature at home and abroad mainly studies the comfort of wearing high-heeled shoes, but there are few studies on the balance and stability of wearing high-heeled shoes. Therefore, in this paper, the influence factors of the stability of high heels at home and abroad in recent years were systematically searched. The influence of heel height and heel type on the stability of high-heeled shoes was analyzed. The study on the improvement of the stability of the insole by hardness, thickness, material, surface roughness and structure was summarized. In addition, the influence of heel design on the stability of high-heeled shoes was summarized, and suggestions and research directions for insole design were given, which can provide reference and guidance for the research on the stability of high-heeled shoes.
