摘  要:如何减少制革过程中的铬污染,减轻铬污染造成的危害成为了当下的主要研究目标。制革铬鞣废水回收利用的主要难点在于难以分离废水中的中性盐和蛋白质,回收纯度难以达到要求。本文提出了使用碱性水解破坏制革铬鞣废水中蛋白质,絮凝后再加碱进行二次沉淀,最后使用硅铁电极法回收铬鞣废水的铬。研究发现用此方法回收废水中的铬含量远大于仅一次沉淀后的铬泥纯度,达到排放标准,回收的铬还可二次使用,可以在提升经济效益的同时保护环境。How to reduce chromium pollution in leather making and reduce the harm caused by chromium pollution has become the main research goal. The main difficulty in the recovery and utilization of tannery chrome tanning wastewater is that it is difficult to separate neutral salt and protein in the wastewater, and the recovery purity is difficult to meet the requirements. In this paper, alkaline hydrolysis was used to destroy the protein in the chrome tanning wastewater. After flocculation, alkali was added for secondary precipitation. Finally, ferrosilicon electrode method was used to recover the chromium from the chrome tanning wastewater. It is found that the chromium content in the wastewater recovered by this method is much higher than the purity of chromium mud after only one precipitation, which meets the discharge standard. The recovered chromium can also be reused, which can improve the economic benefit and protect the environment at the same time.
