摘 要:近年来,在科技技术进步的驱动下,工农业领域均开始引进全自动或者半自动码垛装置,以提高物料堆放速率。据此,本文以PLC为载体设计了皮革自动码垛装置控制系统,并进行了系统测试。结果发现,自动码垛装置在层数和皮革张数不断增加的状态下,码垛均速率呈现出先迅速升高再逐步趋向于平缓的态势,且慢慢高于人工码垛,码垛平整度良好,输送平稳,铺放整齐有序。In recent years, driven by the progress of science and technology, full-automatic or semi-automatic stacking devices have been introduced in the fields of industry and agriculture to improve the stacking rate of materials. Therefore, the control system of leather automatic stacking device was designed based on PLC, and the system test was carried out. The results show that when the number of layers and leather sheets of the automatic palletizing device are increasing, the average palletizing rate first increases rapidly, and then tends to be gentle, and gradually higher than that of the manual palletizing. The palletizing flatness is good, the transportation is stable, and the laying is neat and orderly.
