摘  要:采用吹扫法对皮革中乙醛释放量进行测试,该方法包括了样品加热预处理、空气吹扫、2’4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化捕集3个环节。试验结果表明,样品预处理温度在40~80℃范围内,样品中乙醛的释放量随温度的增加而明显增加。样品预处理温度为70℃时,5 h预处理时间可使乙醛的释放量达到平衡。采样时流量为150 mL/min时,采样时间30 min即达到采样完全。该方法检测限为0.1 mg/kg,重复性好,操作简便,可为皮革中乙醛释放量测定方法的建立提供参考。The investigation of testing acetaldehyde emission from leather based on purge and trap was carried out. The procedure consisted of sample pretreatment, air purge and derivatization by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH). The results indicate that the emission from leather improves markedly with the temperature increasing from 40 to 80 ℃. The emission could reach equilibrium within 5 h at 70 ℃. The collection of air sample could be completed with 30 min at the flow rate of 150 mL/min. The detection limit is 0.1 mg/kg. The method presents satisfied precision, simplicity and convenience for batch sample test. This investigation might be instructive for method establishment of testing acetaldehyde emission from leather.
