大学生就业研究热点、发展趋势及展望——基于CiteSpace的文献计量研究

摘　　要：大学生就业是高校人才培养重要的一环,对建设现代化强国有着重要的价值。为探究大学生就业领域发展的现状及趋势,本研究以2010-2020年中国知网学术期刊数据库中“大学生就业”为主题的3534篇文献为研究对象,采用CiteSpace文献计量法,从发文量、作者、机构、研究热点展开分析,研究发现近十年大学生就业发文量呈下滑趋势,研究热点主要集中大学生就业、就业指导、就业能力、就业质量、社会资本,研究前沿领域为互联网+大学学生就业指导、大数据背景下大学生就业、大学生创新创业教育的研究。大学生就业研究存在主题缺乏深度、跨学科深入研究较少等问题。The employment of college students is an important link in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,and it is of great value to the construction of a modern and powerful country.In order to explore the current situation and trend of the development of the employment field of university students,this paper takes 3534 articles on the subject of“University Students Employment”in the database of Chinanews.com from 2010 to 2020 as the research object,and adopts the bibliometric method of CiteSpace,based on the analysis of the amount of papers sent,the authors,institutions and research hotspots,the research finds that the amount of papers sent by college students for employment has shown a downward trend in the last decade,the research focuses mainly on the employment of college students,Employment Guidance,Employment Ability,employment quality and social capital,the Research Frontier area is the Internet+University Student Employment Guidance,the University Student Employment,the university student innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the big data background.There are some problems in the research of college students’employment,such as lack of depth in the subject and less in-depth research across disciplines.
