摘　　要：[目的/意义]在科学研究逐步信息化、数据密集化(e-Science)的大背景下,合理规划科研过程、科学管理研究数据对科研项目实施、数据利用与增值具有十分重要的意义。[方法/过程]文章采用实证研究方法,调研多个学科领域的科研项目,梳理和细化科研活动、科学数据管理的主要阶段,创建科研—数据双生命周期理论模型。[结果/结论]从具体活动内容和研究规范两方面,详细阐述双生命周期模型中科研项目和数据操作是如何协同进行的,该模型对以研究团队为责任主体的科研活动和数据信息服务具有一定的指导意义。[局限]提出的双生命周期模型适用于大部分的科研活动,而某些科研活动则根据实际的项目情况可以适当增加或者删减模型中的部分环节。[Purpose/significance]In the context of scientific research gradually becoming IT-and data-intensive(e-Sci-ence),reasonably planning research process and scientifically managing data have great significance to projects implementation and data utilization.[Method/process]By using empirical research method and surveying the related projects in multiple disciplines,this paper presents the main stages of research activities and data management,and then proposes a dual lifecycle model of scientif-ic research and data.[Result/conclusion]The results elaborate how the research and data operation coordinate with each other from specific contents and research standard aspects.This model gives certain guidance to research activities and corresponding data service when research teams are the main body of responsibility.[Limitations]The proposed dual lifecycle model may apply to most of research activities,but some research would add or subtract some stages according to their actual project situation.
