摘  要:Thermoelectrics have important applications in power generation and refrigeration through the direct energy conversion between heat and electricity.The performance of thermoelectric(TE)materials can be qualified by dimensionless figure of merit ZT=σa2/κ,whereσ,a andκare the electrical conductivity,Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity,respectively.
