妇炎舒胶囊联合西药治疗盆腔炎所致盆腔痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇炎舒胶囊联合西药治疗盆腔炎所致盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法:选取105例盆腔炎所致盆腔痛患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组55例与对照组50例。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊及替硝唑胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予妇炎舒胶囊治疗。1个月经周期为1个疗程,经期停止治疗,2组均连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、症状积分、血液流变学指标及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率89.09%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分、症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集率均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎舒胶囊联合西药治疗盆腔炎所致盆腔痛临床疗效较好,有利于缓解疼痛、改善血液流变学指标和减轻炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyanshu capsules combined with western medicine for pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammation. Methods:A total of 105 cases of patients with pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammation were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 55and 50 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules and tinidazole capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Fuyanshu capsulesbased on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three courses contionuously,with one menstrual cycle being one course,the treatment was stopped during menstrual period. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared;Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores, symptom scores, hemorheological indexes and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 89.09% in the observation group,higher than that of70.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, scores of VAS and symptoms in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity of high shear,whole blood viscosity of low shear and platelet aggregation rates in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above four indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
