妇乐片治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇乐片治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择76例湿热瘀结型盆腔炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组采用阿奇霉素片治疗,研究组采用妇乐片治疗。2组均治疗2个月,对比分析2组临床疗效和不良反应发生率,治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为97.37%,对照组为78.95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对比2组中医证候积分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.63%,对照组为18.42%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇乐片治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者中医证候,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fule tablets on pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat-stasis accumulation type. Methods:A total of 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat-stasis accumulation type were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin tablets and the study group was treated with Fule tablets. Both groups were treated for two months,and the clinical effects,Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rate was 97.37% in the study group and 78.95% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.63% in the study group and 18.42% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fule tablets have a significant effect on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat-stasis accumulation type, which can effectively improve the Chinese medicine syndromes of patients with great safety.
