仰卧前屈拔伸牵引、八段功联合颈三针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法、八段功联合颈三针综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取100例神经根型颈椎病患者作回顾性分析,按不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法联合颈三针、八段功综合治疗,对照组采用颈三针治疗。2组疗程均为2周,并随访6个月。比较2组颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及田中靖久颈椎病症状量表20分法评分,评价2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为80.00%,对照组为58.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组总有效率为84.00%,对照组为56.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组NDI、VAS、田中靖久20分法评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周及随访6个月后,2组NDI、VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),田中靖久20分法评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仰卧前屈拔伸牵引、八段功联合颈三针综合治疗神经根型颈椎病,能明显减轻患者的临床症状,且远期疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of method of supine,anteflexion and traction by pulling and extension,eight-section brocade combined with neck three needle for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were given retrospective analysis and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with method of supine,anteflexion and traction by pulling and extension,eight-section brocade combined with neck three needle,and the control group was treated with neck three needle.Both groups were treated for two weeks and followed up for six months.The scores of Neck Disability Index(NDI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 Score Scale in the two groups were compared.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00%in the observation group and 58.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After six-month follow-up,the total effective rate was 84.00%in the observation group and 56.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of NDI,VAS and Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 Score Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After two-week treatment and six-month follow-up,the scores of NDI and VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 Score Scale were increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of method of supine,anteflexion and traction by pulling and extension,eight-section brocade combined with neck three needle for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and has a significant long-term curative e
