摘　　要：胡国华教授结合多年妇科临证经验,将卵巢储备功能下降性不孕症的病因病机归纳总结为肾虚为本、冲任虚损为机、形神失养为害3个方面,运用以平为期的治疗原则,以调体、调经、调神三调法则灵活贯穿于孕前培本、孕后安胎2个阶段,用药精简灵动,临床效果显著。In combination with years of clinical experience in gynecology,Professor HU Guohua summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility caused by diminished ovarian reserve into three aspects,“the kidney deficiency as the root”“Chong-Ren debility as the key” and “body and spirit disorder as harm”. The treatment principle is “taking the interior balance as the expectation”;By “regulating body,menstruation and spirit” as method which is flexibly used throughout the two stages,namely the stage of “consolidating the foundation of the body before pregnancy” and that of “preventing miscarriage after conception”;the medication is accurate,simple,and flexible,and the clinical effect is significant.
