摘 要:针对塔山矿5119回风巷掘进速度慢、顶板下沉量大等问题,采用十字布点法、离层仪观测法、数值模拟对巷道支护情况进行研究。结果表明,原方案顶板收敛量为57 mm,离层量为18~31.6 mm,离层量较大;顶板锚杆、索布置密度较高,掘支工程量大。新方案顶板离层量最大为3 mm,巷道月平均进尺321 m,每掘100 m少用时2477.4 min,能有效减小顶板离层,提高掘进速度。In order to solve the problems of slow driving speed and large roof subsidence of the 5119 return air roadway in Tashan Coal Mine,the roadway support condition is studied by cross layout method,separation instrument observation method and numerical simulation.The results show that the convergence of the roof of the original scheme is 57 mm,the amount of separation is 18-31.6 mm,the amount of separation is larger,the arrangement density of roof anchors and cables is higher,and the amount of excavation and support project is large.The maximum amount of roof separation in the new scheme is 3 mm,the average monthly footage of the roadway is 321 m,and less time is 2477.4 min per 100 m,which can effectively reduce the roof separation and improve the driving speed.
