摘　　要：为提高安装掘进机工效,在安装掘进机期间使用JH-14单速绞车主起吊和拖运掘进机设备部件,协同使用手拉葫芦配合起吊和牵引调向。采取该工艺后工时利用率提高3倍,在一定程度上降低了职工劳动强度,提高了操作安全系数,达到了快速机械化安装掘进机的目的。In order to improve the working efficiency of installing the roadheader,during the installation of the roadheader,the JH-14 single-speed winch owner is used to hoist and tow the equipment parts of the roadheader,and the hand-pulled hoist is used in coordination with lifting and traction direction adjustment.After adopting this technology,the utilization rate of working hours is increased by 3 times,the labor intensity of workers is reduced to a certain extent,the operation safety factor is improved,and the purpose of rapid mechanization installation of roadheader is achieved.
