摘　　要：针对陈四楼煤矿立井主提升系统,单套泄漏通信装置应用在提升机双电控系统中的实际问题,提出通过借助继电器两对常开点分别接入双信号系统PLC对应端口,在编程软件中编写符合控制逻辑的程序,并对组态软件的监控画面进行优化设计,让信号闭锁功能得以实现。该方案的应用极大地保障了井筒中作业环境安全和作业人员的人身安全。In view of the practical problems of the application of a single set of leakage communication device in the double electric control system of the hoist in the main hoisting system of Chensilou Coal Mine,it is proposed that with the help of two pairs of normal open points of the relay,the corresponding port of the dual signal system PLC is respectively connected,the program in accordance with the control logic is compiled in the programming software,and the monitoring picture of the configuration software is optimized and designed,so that the signal locking function can be realized.The application of this scheme greatly ensures the safety of the working environment in the wellbore and the personal safety of the operators.
