摘　　要：通过进行筛分和浮沉试验对鄂市国能蒙西洗煤厂的单号三产品重介旋流器进行单机检查。根据检查结果进行可选性分析,各产品产率、入料生成、数量效率和灰分误差以及分配率和错配量的计算,得出鄂市国能蒙西洗煤厂单号三产品重介旋流器分选效果差,需更换为对现有煤质适应性更好、性能更高的超级旋流器。Through the screening and floating and sinking experiments,the No.3 product heavy medium cyclone in Ordos Guoneng Mengxi Coal Preparation Plant was checked on a single machine.According to the washability analysis of the inspection results,the calculation of each product yield,feed generation,quantitative efficiency and ash error,as well as distribution rate and misallocation,it is concluded that the separation effect of the No.3 product heavy medium cyclone in Ordos Guoneng Mengxi Coal Preparation Plant is poor,and it needs to be replaced by a super cyclone with better adaptability and higher performance to the existing coal quality.
