摘　　要：山西华阳集团一矿选煤厂为实现对出厂块煤限下率变化状态实时监测,采用图像识别技术、大数据技术、深度分析的方法,构建块煤限下率预警系统,通过对块煤入仓环节、装车环节的实时煤流监测和预警,解决了块煤限下率超标问题,保障块煤质量,提高了选煤厂煤质智能化管理水平。In order to realTP18ize the real-time monitoring of the change state of lump coal limit rate in the No.1 Coal Preparation Plant of Shanxi Huayang Group,the early warning system of lump coal limit rate is constructed by using image recognition technology,big data technology and depth analysis methods.Through the real-time coal flow monitoring and early warning of lump coal in warehouse and loading link,the problem of over-standard rate of lump coal limit is solved,the quality of lump coal is guaranteed,and the level of intelligent management of coal quality in coal preparation plant is improved.
