摘　　要：针对医用耗材物流管理中常出现的管理低效、无法追溯等问题,该研究采用了协同化的管控思路,通过医院内、外部协同管理,实现对物流、信息流、资金流的一体化管控,利于提升工作效率;通过搭建协同化的医用耗材采购物流管控体系,不仅利于提升工作效率,还有助于医用耗材采购计划追溯体系的建立;通过建立二级库管理体系以及医院内部财务系统与外部协同管控体系,利于解决账实不符、账账不符问题;通过扫码建立协同化的高值耗材全流程追溯管理模式,利于规避管理中存在的潜在风险。Objective Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and no traceability in medical consumables logistics management,this study adopted the idea of synergism management.The internal and external synergism management of the hospital realized the integrated management and control of logistics,information flow and capital flow,which was conducive to improving work efficiency;the establishment of synergism procurement logistics management and control system of medical consumables not only benefited to improving the work efficiency,but also helped to establish the traceability system of medical consumables procurement plans;the establishment of the secondary warehouse management system and the hospital's internal financial system and external synergism management and control system was conducive to solving the problems of accounts inconsistent with products and accounts inconsistent with accounts;the establishment of the synergism whole process traceability management mode of high-value consumables through code scanning was conducive to avoiding potential risks in management.
