摘 要:首先抽样调查某医院门诊耳鼻喉科室的患者到达规律,利用最佳平方逼近法拟合出排队模型的参数λ与μ,并验证了患者到达排队系统的概率分布。进一步根据每个诊室病人到达的先后顺序、病人所属类型以及该类型病人的等待队长设计相应的自适应排队模型,并给出了指标权重,进而动态改变病人的就诊次序。该模型对实际问题的应用有一定的指导意义。Firstly,the arrival rule of patients in the outpatient otolaryngology department of a hospital was sampled,and the parametersλandμof the queuing model were fitted by the best square approximation method,then the probability distribution of patients arriving in the queuing system was verified.Furthermore,the corresponding adaptive queuing model was designed according to the order of patient arrival,the patient type and the queue length of the type of patients,then the index weight was given,so as to change the treatment order of patients dynamically.The model had a certain guiding significance for the application of practical problems.
