复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探析复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月于某院接受治疗的小儿腹泻病例90例作为研究对象,按计算机分组法将其分为研究组50例和常规组40例,常规组单独采用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗,对比两组患儿治疗后各症状缓解时间及用药后不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的免疫功能、炎症反应指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组发热、呕吐、脱水、腹痛等症状恢复时间均早于常规组,研究组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫指标水平高于常规组,C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症指标水平低于常规组,研究组不良反应发生率8.00%(4/50)低于常规组20.00%(8/40),以上数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,可有效促进各症状快速缓解,对增强患儿免疫功能、缓解炎症反应均有积极作用,且患儿用药后发生不良反应风险较低,具有较高临床价值。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:Ninety cases of pediatric diarrhea who were treated in a hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the study group and the routine group according to the computer grouping method.Forty cases in the routine group were treated with montmorillonite powder alone.Fifty cases in the study group were treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with montmorillonite powder.The relief time of symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immune function and inflammatory response indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the relief time of fever,vomiting,dehydration,abdominal pain in the study group was earlier than that in the routine group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and other immune indexes in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and inflammatory indexes such as C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the routine group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.00%(4/50),which was lower than that in the routine group(20.00%,8/40).The differences of the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with montmorillonite powder has significant effect in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea,which can effectively promote the rapid relief of various symptoms,and has positive effect on enhancing immune function and relieving inflammatory response in children,and the risk of adverse reactions in children is low after medication,with high clinical value.
