摘  要:目的:探讨赋能教育模式在全膝关节置换围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年8月期间在某院行全膝关节置换术的患者60例作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例,两组患者均行全膝关节置换术,手术由同一批医护人员完成。在围术期健康教育阶段,对照组给予常规健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上给予赋能教育模式。对比两组出院前及出院6周后的膝关节功能评分,采用HSS量表对患者的膝关节功能进行评估;对比两组教育满意度,采用自行设计的赋能教育调查问卷对其进行满意度调查;记录对比两组出院1周后膝关节屈曲度数。结果:出院前两组HSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院6周后研究组HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教育满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且总满意度为100%显著高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05);研究组膝关节屈曲度数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全膝关节置换围手术期患者给予赋能教育,有利于患者术后膝关节功能的恢复,且可有效提高膝关节屈曲度,提升健康教育满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of empowering education mode in the perioperative period of total knee replacement.Methods:60 patients who underwent total knee replacement in a hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).Total knee replacement was performed in both groups,and the operation was completed by the same group of medical staff.In the perioperative health education stage,the control group was given routine health education,and the study group was given empowering education mode on the basis of the control group.The knee function scores of the two groups before discharge and 6 weeks after discharge were compared,and the knee function of the patients was evaluated by HSS scale;The empowering education questionnaire designed by the hospital was used to investigate their satisfaction,and then the educational satisfaction was compared between the two groups.The knee flexion degree of the two groups at 1 week after discharge was recorded and compared.Results:Before discharge,there was no significant difference in HSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).6 weeks after discharge,the HSS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of education satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction was 100%,which was significantly higher than 83.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of knee flexion in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowering education for perioperative patients with total knee replacement is conducive to the recovery of postoperative knee function,and can effectively improve the knee flexion degree and improve the satisfaction of health education,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
