摘  要:为了获得一种小型化、轻量化、紧凑化、多挡位、低成本化的适用于拖拉机重型载荷的变速箱结构,参考后桥中行星齿轮系改变传动比的思想,将其引入变速箱结构,设计了一种基于行星齿轮系的新型多挡位变速箱。经计算主变速器共产生8种工况,副变速器共2种前进挡位和1种倒挡挡位,即理论上存在24种挡位变化形式。后采取MATLAB编程方法进行齿数匹配,发现当Z_(4)=54、Z_(5)=30、Z_(6)=74、Z_(7)=27时主变速八种传动比为0.27、0.50、0.73、0.90、1.36、1.37、1.99、2.47,基本符合变速要求。介绍了多挡位新型变速箱结构和动力传递方式,可以为后续新型变速箱的开发提供理论参考。To obtain a miniaturised,lightweight,compact,multi-gear,low-cost gearbox structure suitable for heavy tractor loads,a new multi-gear transmission based on a planetary gear system was designed by referring to the idea of changing the transmission ratio in a rear axle and introducing it into the transmission structure.A total of 8 operating conditions were calculated for the main transmission and 2 forward gears and 1 reverse gear for the secondary transmission,i.e.24 theoretical forms of gear changes exist.After taking MATLAB programming method to match the number of teeth,it was found that when Z_(4)=54,Z_(5)=30,Z_(6)=74 and Z_(7)=27 the eight ratios of the main transmission are 0.27,0.50,0.73,0.90,1.36,1.37,1.99 and 2.47,which basically meet the gearing requirements.The structure and power transmission of the new multi-gear gearbox introduced in this paper can provide theoretical reference for the development of subsequent new gearboxes.
