摘  要:食用作物的育种与人类社会的发展息息相关.随着生物技术的进步,新的育种方法逐渐得到应用.基因编辑系统,尤其是成簇的规律间隔短回文重复序列(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats,CRISPR)因其廉价、高效、易于操作等特点被广泛应用于食用作物的基因功能研究及育种中.通过改造CRISPR的独特结构获得的表达调控系统与碱基编辑系统,可应用于食用作物的育种过程中.CRISPR技术的进一步优化与成熟必将为食用作物育种带来新的发展与机遇.The breeding of food crops is closely related to the development of human society.With the progress of biotechnology,new breeding methods are gradually applied in practice.Among them,gene editing systems,especially clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR),are widely used in the study of gene function and breeding of food crops because of their low cost,high efficiency and easy operation.Based on CRISPR's unique structure,the CRISPR based expression regu lation system and base editing system were modified and applied to the breeding process of food crops.With the further optimization and maturity of CRISPR technology.it will certainly bring new development and opportunities for crop breeding.
