摘 要:定制电力服务的定价方法是基于单一制电度电价确定单位电量的附加服务费用,我国对大工业用户主要实施“容量+电量”的两部制电价,对于高端制造用户云集的现代优质电力园区,定制电力服务的定价采用两部制电价将具有更好的匹配度。首先,建立了一种考虑定制电力服务商与用户共赢的优质电力两部制电价合作博弈定价模型,以供需双方电能质量增值效益的纳什积最大为博弈优化目标,通过粒子蚁群算法优化求解获取定制电力的容量和电量附加电价;然后,通过算例验证了所提供方法的合理性。结果表明,该方法可以将定制电力附加费用在用户容量与电量之间合理分配,有助于促进用户提高生产设备利用效率。Our country mainly implements a two-part(capacity and energy)electricity price for large industrial users,for modern premium power parks where high-end manufacturing users gather,the pricing of customized power services adopting a two-part system will have a better degree of matching.This paper establishes a high-quality two-part power price cooperative game pricing model that considers the win-win situation between customized power service providers and users.The maximum Nash product of the power quality value-added benefits of both the supply and demand sides is taken as the game optimization objective,the particle ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the solution by customizing the user’s capacity and the additional electricity price of electricity.The rationality of the proposed method is verified by an example.The results show that this method can reasonably allocate customized electricity surcharges between user capacity and electricity,which helps to promote users to improve the utilization efficiency of production equipment.
