摘  要:近年来,随着信息技术的不断深入发展,地震预警的时效性、准确性得到社会各界的广泛关注。国家高度重视地震预警工作,全面启动了国家地震烈度速报与预警工程建设,对地震预警处理系统的稳定性、安全性、可靠性提出了更高的要求。该系统模块多、功能复杂、影响面大,为了保障系统稳定、安全地运行,需要加强对系统的全面监控,对发现的故障、问题等及时告警并处理。本文提出基于数字化运维监控的策略,阐述了对加强地震预警处理系统运维监控的研究与思考。In recent years, with the continuous in-depth development of information technology, the timeliness and accuracy of earthquake early warning have attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society. The state attaches great importance to earthquake early warning and has comprehensively launched the construction of the national earthquake intensity quick report and early warning project, which puts forward higher requirements for the stability, safety and reliability of the earthquake early warning processing system. This processing system has many modules, complex functions and large influence. In order to ensure the stable and safe operation of the system, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive monitoring of the system, and timely alarm and deal with the faults and problems. This paper puts forward the strategy of digital operation and maintenance monitoring, and expounds the research and thinking on strengthening the operation and maintenance monitoring of earthquake early warning processing system.
