摘 要:互联网技术的推广与普及使零售业突破了固有模式的束缚,人工智能技术的高速发展并与大数据的紧密结合使零售业务对初级劳动力的依赖大幅降低。因此,智能算法能力和移动支付平台广泛应用的基础上“无人零售”的概念也越来越多地受到了人们的关注与重视。零售模式的创新不仅意味着消费体验的优化升级,减少了管理精力的投入,也促进社会劳动力结构的升级转型,有利于经济效益的提高。本文结合当前人工智能发展在云平台的基础上对无人超市系统进行了研究分析,从而为推动相关产业发展提供参考。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and the close combination of big data have greatly reduced the dependence of the retail business on the primary labor. Therefore, in recent years, based on the ability of intelligent algorithms and mobile payment platform, the concept of “Unmanned retail”has received more and more attention. The innovation of retail mode not only means the optimization and upgrade of consumer experience, reduces the investment of management energy, but also promotes the upgrading and transformation of social labor structure, which is beneficial to the improvement of economic benefits. In this paper,based on the cloud platform of current artificial intelligence development, the unmanned supermarket system is studied and analyzed,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of related industries.
