摘　　要：双轴转台作为五轴立式加工中心的主要功能部件,其性能直接决定了机床的加工精度及加工性能。五轴立式加工中心双轴转台位于工作区正中心,大量冷却液、加工粉尘及金属屑极易污染工作台内部构件。同时由于双轴转台工作时两个回转轴会频繁且高速地进行往复摆动、回转,其内部液压、润滑、冷却构件所用液体介质存在较大泄漏风险,所以回转工作台设计过程中需要重点考虑整体密封结构设计及选用。重点介绍了五轴立式加工中心转台设计过程中关键的密封结构设计及选用,为双轴转台的密封结构设计选用提供参考。As the main functional component of the five axis vertical machining center,the performance of the double axis turntable directly determines the machining accuracy and performance of the machine tool.The double axis turntable of the five axis vertical machining center is located in the center of the working area.A large amount of coolant,machining dust and metal chips are very easy to pollute the internal components of the worktable.At the same time,because the two rotating shafts will swing and rotate frequently and at high speed when the double axis turntable works,there is a great risk of leakage of the liquid medium used in its internal hydraulic,lubrication and cooling components,so the design and selection of the overall sealing structure need to be considered in the design process of the rotating worktable.This paper focuses on the key sealing structure design and selection in the design of the turntable of the five axis vertical machining center,which provides a reference for the sealing structure design and selection of the two axis turntable.
