摘　　要：工程机械液压缸在实际的工作过程中,由于设计人员考虑不周或操作人员使用不当,在使用一段时间后液压缸会出现一些不常发生的故障,致使液压缸的使用寿命大幅缩减。为了解决液压缸在工作过程中的特殊故障问题,对常见的几种特殊故障进行了分类。通过研究液压缸的故障描述,对引起液压缸特殊故障的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了预防改进方案;重新投入使用验证了改进方案的可行性。提出了关于液压缸设计、安装和维护的注意事项,提高了液压缸的稳定性和可靠性,为今后液压缸的优化设计提供了可靠依据。In the actual working process of the hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery,due to the designer's inconsiderate or the operator's improper use,the hydraulic cylinder will have some infrequent faults after a period of use,resulting in the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is greatly reduced.In order to solve the special fault problem of the hydraulic cylinder in the process of working,several common special faults are classified.By studying the fault description of the hydraulic cylinder,the cause of the special fault of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed in detail,and the prevention and improvement scheme is put forward.The feasibility of the improved scheme is verified by putting it into use again.The design,installation and maintenance of the hydraulic cylinder are put forward,which improves the stability and reliability of the hydraulic cylinder and provides a reliable basis for the optimization design of the hydraulic cylinder in the future.
