摘  要:随着经济发展与产业结构调整,广东电网负荷峰谷差不断增大,负荷在峰谷转换期间变化十分迅速,电网调峰面临巨大挑战。广东作为“西电东送”的受端省份,西电在日常电力供应中占比近三成,西电计划与广东负荷特点的适应性是解决电网调峰问题的关键因素。由于广东省内电源及西电的调节速率难以满足负荷午间短时急剧变化,抽水蓄能机组成为应对负荷短时剧烈波动的主力调峰电源。协调优化广东省内电源、西电及抽水蓄能机组的调度策略是有效应对电网调峰压力,确保大电网安全经济运行的关键。本文以广东省内电源出力无序与频繁调节程度最小为目标函数,建立西电、抽水蓄能机组及广东省内电源协调参与电网调峰的混合整数规划模型,并以典型日的实际数据验证了优化效果。With the economic development and industrial structure adjustment,the load peak valley difference of Guangdong power grid is increasing,and the load changes very rapidly during the peak valley conversion period,so the power grid peak regulation is facing great challenges.As the receiving province of“west to East power transmission”,West to East power transmission accounts for nearly 30%of daily power supply.The adaptability between west power plan and Guangdong load characteristics is the key factor to solve the problem of power grid peak regulation.Because the regulation rate of power supply in Guangdong and West to East power transmission is hard to meet the sharp change of the load for a short time at noon,pumped storage units have become the main peak load power to cope with the short and heavy fluctuation of load.Coordinating and optimizing the dispatching strategy of power supply,West to East power transmission and pumped storage units in Guangdong Province is the key to effectively deal with the peak shaving pressure of power grid and ensure the safe and economic operation of large power grid.In this paper,a mixed integer programming model is established based on the objective function of the minimum power output and the minimum degree of frequent adjustment in Guangdong province.The mixed integer programming model is established to coordinate West to East power transmission,pumped storage units and Guangdong power plants.
