摘 要:本文结合云南电网地区级调度主站的工程建设、其相关调控功能建设及推广工作实例,归纳了基于南方电网一体化电网运行智能系统技术标准规范体系(Technical Standard System of Southern Power Grid Integrated Power Grid Operation Intelligent System,以下简称OS2体系)的一套地区电网一体化电网运行智能系统(Intelligent System for Integrated Power Grid Operation,以下简称OS2系统)的建设方法,包含系统架构、组网方式等内容,并归纳云南电网调控一体化功能建设及实用化推广过程中的痛点,提出对应行之有效的建设及调试方案。本文为电力调度智能化建设的典型案例,为十四五期间OS2系统及调控功能模块建设提供技术参考和更佳的建设思路。In this paper,the project construction of the regional dispatching Master Station of Yunnan Power Grid,the construction and popularization of its related regulatory functions are taken as examples.The paper summarizes a set of construction method of Regional Integrated Grid Operation Intelligent System(OS2 system)based on the technical standard and specification system(OS2 Standard)of Southern Integrated Grid Operation Intelligent System,it includes the system architecture,networking mode and so on,and summarizes the pain points in the construction and practical popularization of Yunnan Power Grid Regulation Integration Function,and puts forward the corresponding effective construction and debugging plan.This paper is a typical case of the intelligent construction of power dispatching,and provides a technical reference and a better idea for the construction of OS2 system and regulation function module during the 14th Five-Year Plan.
